Recently a visitor to BAO remarked, “I can feel the love in this building!” While no one else had put it quite that way, most people who come to see us – candidates, clients, even the UPS delivery guy – express a similar sentiment. Call it what you will – culture, energy, excitement, even “love”, it is palpable and it is real here at BAO. And it comes from every person, every day. A lot of companies talk about their culture, but all you have to do is step through our doors to feel it.
Ours is a thriving 10-year old family business that has grown but not out-grown its culture. The people who come to work at BAO are from all walks of life. Our ages range from 18 to 68. Some of the positions our employees have held include teacher, actor, professional chef, talk show host, even a professional bull-rider. And what our people like to do for fun ranges from raising horses and alpacas to playing the banjo and rugby, with everything in between. What we all have in common is our commitment to BAO.
