Philadelphia,Pennsylvania, was our first capital between 1790 and 1800 when Washington, DC, was being built. So, is it any surprise that the state is home to the company with the most appointments BAO has set in the legal function?

The company that has accepted most meetings in the HR function is in Illinois, which was home to the world's first skyscraper. Standing at just 10 stories and 138 feet tall, it wouldn’t hold a fraction of the employees working in today’s high rises.
